Reconditioning a cars and truck battery eliminates the sulfate from the plates so it can run a lot more efficiently. It does not recover the stamina of the battery to 100%, yet it does come close. The lead sulfate that has solidified and taken shape, which can't be eliminated by billing, can be removed by an additional procedure, called desulfation
